Production Line

The engine production line consists of two production lines: the remanufactured engine production line and the brand-new assembled engine production line.
The overall production process of remanufactured engines:
"The remanufacturing production line follows the standardized process of 'one disassembly, two cleaning, three inspection, four repair, five assembly, six testing':
Disassembly and sorting: Completely disassemble the old engine, conduct cleanliness checks, and grade 20+ types of components such as cylinder blocks, crankshafts, connecting rods, etc. into A/B/C categories (A for direct reuse/B for repairable/C for scrap);
Environmental cleaning: Use a high-temperature heat cleaning furnace + shot blasting + ultrasonic cleaning to remove carbon deposits, oil sludge, and old coatings;
Non-destructive testing: Conduct 100% fluorescent magnetic particle testing or ultrasonic testing on key components to prevent cracked parts from flowing to the next process;
Size repair: Use plasma spraying, brush plating, insert fitting, etc. processes to restore the worn parts to the size of the new part drawings;
Balance assembly: Re-assemble according to the original factory torque + angle standards, group the piston connecting rod group by weight, and perform dynamic balance on the crankshaft;
Full performance testing: 100% hot test to evaluate power, torque, fuel consumption, and emissions, which should not be lower than the original factory new engine indicators."
2. Quality Control
"Quality control consists of three lines of defense:
Disassembly defense: Judge 'whether it is worth remanufacturing' based on experience, and prevent fatigue crack parts;
Replacement of core components: Replace the cylinder liner, piston, piston rings, large and small gears, etc. of the core components;
Factory defense: All remanufactured engines will undergo startup tests.
All repair data (inspection images, spraying parameters, final torque) are bound to the original serial number of the old parts and can be traced for life."
3. Green and Cost
"Compared to new product manufacturing, this remanufacturing production line achieves:
60% energy saving;
The cost is only 40-50% of the new product, and the performance guarantee is also 1 year/100,000 kilometers;
The annual processing of old engines is 500 units, truly achieving the 'recycling with old parts' closed loop."
